How To Update Your Vodien Account Email Address

This guide explains how to update the email address associated with your Vodien account, so your contact details stay accurate and secure. Keeping your email up to date ensures you continue receiving important notifications like billing reminders, password resets, and account updates.

Updating your Vodien Account email address

Follow these simple steps to change your email address in your Vodien account:

1. Go to your account Security Settings.  
2. Find the Email Address row and click EDIT. This opens a new screen.    
3. Enter your new email address in the prompt box and click SEND VERIFICATION CODE.
   
    
   • An 8-digit code will be sent to your current email address.
      
4. Check your current email for the verification code, enter it in the prompt box, and click CONTINUE.
5. Check your new email for another verification code, enter the code in the prompt box, and click VERIFY.

If you cannot access your account

If you’re unable to log in or no longer have access to your current email address, you’ll need to go through the Assisted Account Access Recovery (AAAR) process to regain access and update your information.

You’re all set!

Once verification is complete, your new email address will be updated in your security settings. Important communications will also be sent to your new email, helping you stay on top of notifications and account activity.
