How to find your domain password
You can find your domain password in Account Manager by viewing the Registry Key for your domain. You will typically need this password when transferring your domain name to another registrar.
The domain password may also be referred to as:
- Auth Code
- Registry Key
- EPP Key
- Transfer Key
- UDAI Key
Each registered domain name has a unique domain password that helps facilitate communication between registrars during a domain transfer.
View your domain password
- Access your Domain Name Manager.
- Click the three-dot (⋮) icon at the top right of the page.
- Select Registry Key to view your domain password.
Important:
- If you are not ready to transfer your domain, store the password in a secure location until you need it.
- Once your domain is transferred to another registrar, Vodien will no longer be able to manage or recover the domain on your behalf.
