After setting up your email account using your new server settings, you can restore all your emails using these steps:

NOTE: To import everything in the .pst file, select the top of the hierarchy. Make sure to choose Personal Folders, Outlook Data File or your email address; which are usually pre-selected. Include subfolders is also ticked by default.
- In the same window, select Import items into the current folder, or select Import items into the same folder in to specify a different destination folder/mailbox, e.g. your Office 365 mailbox.
- Click Finish to begin the importing process.
IMPORTANT:
- This may look like a lot of steps, but it’s the only way to export and import .pst files in Outlook 2007.
- Microsoft no longer supports Outlook 2007, so it might not work well with modern Windows. Some features, like connecting to certain mail servers, could be broken or unreliable.
