How to renew a Product or Service manually

With Auto-Renewal enabled, your domains and products renew automatically and are charged before your next billing period. Otherwise, or if you want to renew early, you can renew manually in your Account Manager.

Renew a product or service manually

1. Log in to your Account Manager.
2. From the top menu, click the product or service you want to renew.
3. Next to the product or service plan you want to renew, click MANAGE.
4. Click the ⋮ (three dots) in the upper-right corner, then click Renew.
5. From the drop-down list, select your preferred billing cycle.
6. Click PAY SECURELY.
7. Select your preferred Payment Type, complete any required fields, then click Pay & Activate.
