A contract is an agreement between the Publisher (which is you, an Affiliate) and the Company (Vodien) to run ad campaigns for the brand. It specifies information about the commissions paid on various products, and rules related to promotional activities, payouts, and coupon codes. The Contract also explains the terms of engagement, qualification criteria and approval guidelines in detail.

We advise affiliates to read the contract for more details about the partnership. You can find it on your account dashboard.

1) Log in to your Impact Radius Account.
2) Look for brands and click My Brands.
3) Select Vodien.
4) Click More than View.
5) Click Manage Contract.

Payments are processed once a month.

We have a 75 - day validation period for all sales tracked from the month of conversion.

Once the sale is approved after 60 days, 15 days after approval you will receive your payment.

For example if you generate a sale in the month January 2024, your 75 day validation period will start on 1st February 2024, and it will end on March 31st 2024 and all pending sales for January 2024 will be approved.

You can then expect to receive your payment 15 days after sales approval, so you can expect to receive payment in the 2nd or 3rd week of April.

Yes, you can. However, you are not allowed to do the following:

-Bid on keywords and phrases containing the Vodien trademark
-Use variations or misspellings of the trademark on paid media campaigns
-Use the Vodien website as display URL in paid media
-Direct or redirect link to the Vodien website

We will provide the latest product banners, screenshots, and coupon codes for you to use on your channels.
There are other promotional materials available to be promoted time to time.

There is no maximum commission limit per month. So, you can refer and earn as much as you want. Although, you need to note that you will be paid on a monthly basis if your commission balance is more than 300 SGD.

You can monitor commissions on the Impact Radius dashboard. Simply login by following the steps below:
1) Go to https://app.impact.com/login.user
2) Enter your login details then click Sign In.
3) Check your commissions on the upper section of the Dashboard.

An affiliate is not allowed to purchase a product from their own link. Our system will track purchases via an affiliate tracking link for validation. Self-purchase are flagged as fraudulent.

On top of that, an affiliate cannot sign up on your customer's behalf. You shall not use self-referral methods; you can’t click on your affiliate links and banners and make orders via your unique affiliate link.
